About Char
Advocating for Inclusivity, Equity, and Intersectional Rights

I have been working as a consultant and researcher since I was very young, building a practice that blends my background in science and law with a deep commitment to social justice. Along with a dedicated team of associates, I provide program design, EDI training, and Two-Spirit advocacy across Ontario—from the South to the North.

As an autistic, trans, Métis, and disabled person, my work is informed by my lived experience. I am a proud Two-Spirit Louttit-Kijekijik of the Historic Abitibi Inland Métis Community.

My professional work is rooted in evidence-based advocacy. I focus on trans and non-binary equity, housing for Two-Spirit and neurodivergent people, and the ways that medicine, law, and climate change intersect for the 2SLGBTQQIA+ community.
